Well, do you have a DVD player installed? You need a DVD player
to play DVDs. A CD-ROM drive will not play back DVDs.
If will do have a DVD player installed:
Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: DVD , and hit enter.
Click on the topic titled: "DVD Troubleshooting".
