Hi,
I have a Dutch Vista that I would like to get translated into english.
Is this posiible?

Not really, Windows is sold in 'versions' that cannot be 'completely'
changed to another language. There is available a version of 'Vista
Ultimate' which includes "MUI" packs for different languages, but I am sure
you would know if you owned that. It's likely you have taken your Dutch
version as far into English settings as it will go (in Regional Settings)
