Anyone familiar with this file cleaner? Is it effective? Is it safe?

Thanks... I made both a backup of my drive as well as a system restore
point. Ran Dusbuster and did a little checking. It reclaimed over 500
MB of space. All my "readme" files appear to be intact. My system
seems to be running well.
