during save there is no save as preview check box

I am using excel 2000 and usually when I save the a new file, will usually
check the bottom box as preview. But this time around I could not see the
check box for preview (goes the same for as words 2000). Pls advise. Thank
you for yr cooperation.

Sorry, wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access (a database
application) and not general computer "access".

Suggest you re-post the question in one of the Excel newgroups. However,
I've never seen the Preview in the Save Dialog when I use Excel. The
Preview is available, AFAIK in Excel, from the Menu or the Page Setup Dialog
or the Print Dialog.
