Tune up utilities 2009 falls into the category of software many in these
newsgroups would not recommend. They offer dubious benefits. I would not use
Tune up utilities 2009. Not having used the software I cannot say what
affect it would have on system performance.

Also you can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Run, type "eventvwr.msc
/s" without the quotes and hit ENTER.
