Raise it to 10 min on all machines - the least used ones could be set for
something like 12 and 13 min - the messages aren't tracked until outlook
sends a quit command and if another instance of OL kicks one off, it will
messes things up.
Are all these computers on one network? if so, you should look into getting
an imap server to run locally - let it download mail every xx min and
outlook can read the local cache. You can use the insightconnector to share
calendar and contacts too. There are several free or low cost ones available
and most/all should run on any os, even win98.
