Duplication / Deployment of XP system?

When I setup my current system with WIN 2K, I ordered four (4) identical
systems from IBM so I could just setup one system and then copy that drive
for the other three systems - worked great and life was good.

Now I'm upgrading to XP pro, so I purchased the first retail copy and set up
the 'source' system, ran it for a week or so and now that all is calm
(constant updates have slowed, etc. . . ) I'm ready to upgrade the other
three to XP pro also. I purchased three more retail upgrade copies and I'm
ready to go.

What is the best way to make a duplication of the original 'source' drive or
otherwise deploye the setup to the remaining three computers? I have Ghost
ver.10 and I've downloaded sysprep for XP, but is this it? Is there an
easier way than Ghost? Is there a method in Ghost other than the 'copy my
hard drive' option?
