I Have a Main form which contains semployee data and a PK for clock number
on this form I also have a linked subform via the Clock Number. The subform
contains a list of training which a particular employee has done.

now the problem...

Currently you can enter duplicate training...is there some code I can use so
that when a user selects the training it checks the training title and clock
number to see if it already exists for that user. If it does a message box is
displayed and the record highlighted if not nothing happens

Thnxs in advance.....
