I have had the same problem as many here have related. I believe the problem
arose from the initial question asked by Outlook 2003 when you first sync, it
gives three options which are not clearly written. One option prevents import
of duplicate items.

The problem is that if you pick the wrong option I cannot find a way to
correct it. Microsoft Help says to go into the import wizzard, but I cannot
make that work.

Where do we go from here?
