I used Outlook 2003 on Windows XP. On two separate occasions, my outlook
program double the contacts and task. Two things - how do I get rid of the
doubles. The other is how do I prevent it from happening again.

Have you been using a PDA and accidentally have it configured to make
duplicates? That would be the most common cause of duplicates. If not,
what add-ins are you running?
