Greetings all,

Using Outlook 2003, I have 3 different emails accounts (pop account).
Problem is, all emails received are multiplied by 3. The same email shows
up 3 times. So 10 different emails means 30 emails total. What did I miss ?

How can I avoid such duplicating ?

Does each of your accounts use the same server or a different one? Does
each of your accounts use the same username and password to connect to the
server, or does each use a different username and password?

All accounts are diffenrent, with diff. usernames and diff. servers.

What happens if you disable your Anti Virus incoming and outgoing email scanning. Also disable your anti spam filtering and test
