Duplicate Update Notices

MS keeps sending me notices of the same update needed to
fix IE. I have downloaded and installed the update
already, but I still get the notice to install KB828750 (I
guess that's the number of the update?) Anyway, they just
keep coming. I've searched, but don't find an answer. How
can I stop them?

Appreciate any suggestions.
