Duplicate applications in the Task Manager

I restarted my computer and reran my finite scheduling
program. Not until I actually start the scheduling
process does all three open windows for that program show
in duplication in my Task Manager. I should only see one
instance of each of the three windows. The scheduling
process is very slow as well and I'm wondering if this is
the cause.

Can anyone tell me why I would all the sudden see these
three windows open in duplication in my Task Manager when
I clearly only have one of each of them open at any given
time.
