dumpiing physical memory

tried to attach files through hotmail wouldnt let me toshiba wont me t
send it off not a fan of that idea to much info to back up and the
will format the lot.
there were two files that came up in the search among others, one wa
MEMORY.dmp 72,124kb and mini062305.dmp 64kb they were both on the da
of crash
im lost no idea what to do someone suggested to update bios and al
other drivers? what you think
