Dual booting W2K Server and XP Pro

I want to dual boot W2K Server and XP Professional. I
want to make a partition for Server and another partition
for XP. Then, I want to make another partition for my
software. I do not want to install my software twice for
both operating systems. Is it possible to make 3
partitions and share the software partiton for both OSs?
