dual boot XP pro with XP pro

Hello, all. I am entering an MBA program and need to use
my corporate laptop for school. I have a second internal
HD and will be using that for my school programs, etc. I
will be loading XP pro onto that drive by running the CD
while booted into XP on the first disk and selecting clean
install. Is this the best route and are there any problems
with 2 XP Pro installations on separate disks? Thanks for
your responses.
