You will first have to get XP and Win2K straightened out. You can
use the W2K or WinXP Recovery Console to repair the Boot.ini file. For more

primarly be interested in the Bootcfg command.
Once that's fixed start the Fedora Install. Fedora has grub
bootloader which will automatically include the XP bootloader and will give
you a choice at startup.
