Hi, Tim.
Disk Management (at the Run prompt, type: diskmgmt.msc) can create and
delete partitions, but it can't resize them. To shrink your existing
partition so that there will be room to create a new one, you have just 2
choices:
1. Invest your time: Backup; repartition; reformat; restore, or
2. Invest your money: Partition Magic (about $70) or something similar.
