Dual-Boot Drive Letter Control

Is there any way to dual-boot Win2K & WinXP such that each OS assigns itself
drive letter "C" while it is running, and hides (no drive letter) the
inactive OS?

If so, how?

If not, how close to the above ideal can I get (somehow :-)?

TIA

Glenn

PS: If this is the wrong group for this question, I apologize, please let me
know where I should post it. -- Tx.

C: is only taken by the OS during installation,if it has by default, asigned
itself
a diffrent letter, then only a reinstall will work.

Are you installing on different partitions on the same disk, or are you
installing on different disks? Third party boot managers can do this
for you.
