I have a DU Meter in my task bar. What is its purpose or used for?

DU Meter ?, I'm familiar with a Vu (Volume Unit ). What mini-description
appears when you place your mouse pointer over the meter icon >?

Maybe this thing: http://www.dumeter.com/

Note that the OP didn't say (and may not know) exactly what "update" was
actually downloaded and installed.

IIRC, it might be just a download speed indicator (in kbps). But I might
be having a senior moment.

Lem,

As you can see that i already replied to gary and give him the kink to view
why would you post the same link to him as i posted at 3:54 pst and you at
3:59 pst
with all respect just because you have these letters MS-MVP does not make
you better than myself. Now that i have said my piece there may be
repercussions i may be even be barred from this dicussion site or i may get
alot of bad comments from other members but that does not faze me. So this
may be my last time i post but i wait see what the outcome of this is.

Regards

If it's the last time you post, it will probably make those who read
