Dtole illegal error problems

I've been getting an error message saying Dtole has performed an illegal
operation causing my pc to freeze. I've been told Dtole refers to HP printer
, I have deskjet 710c with latest updates installed. All roads seem to lead
to the same answer - to get updated driver from HP - I've tried emailing
them but am just going round in circles. Any help please?

Many times when I get an error message like this, it can be traced back to
failing ram chips. The BIOS self-test does not find many memory problems. I
use the free program Doctor Memory. Download it here:
