I have a PC at home with all the patches added for winxp pro sp2. I
also installed the DST patch when it came out. DST day came and went
but hhe computer time never changed.

I have tried re-installing the patch but I get a message telling me it
is already installed.
I have checked the time zone to make sure it is correct (mountain
time GMT-07:00)
Changing time servers seems to have no effect.

Don't know where to go from here -

tia,
Alex

Just change it manually and see what happens this fall... :-)

Forgot to mention, i have some beta testing I am doing and reseting
the time manually disables the software. So reseting the time manually
is not an option.

Sure it's an option. You just have other priorities.
