Updates from the previous cumulative Windows time zone update
The following changes have been made since the previous Windows cumulative
time zone update. This update was described in Microsoft Knowledge Base
article 942763:
• Arabic Standard Time:
Removes DST start dates and end dates for the Baghdad time zone for changes
after the prior cumulative time zone update was created (December 2007).
• Argentina Standard Time:
Adds a new time zone for the Argentina time zone which introduces DST start
dates and end dates for changes after the prior cumulative time zone update
was created (December 2007).
• Pacific SA Standard Time:
Adjusts DST end dates for the Santiago time zone for changes after the prior
cumulative time zone update was created (December 2007).
• Morocco Standard Time:
Adds a new time zone for the Morocco time zone that introduces DST start
dates and end dates for changes after the prior cumulative time zone update
was created (December 2007).
• Pakistan Standard Time:
Adds a new time zone for the Islamabad / Karachi time zone that introduces
DST start dates and end dates for changes after the prior cumulative time
zone update was created (December 2007).

Since I know I will never be dealing with any of those time zones, I chose
not to install the update. YMMV.
