spybot shows dso eploit,registry change, key_users 1-5-18,
software\microsoft\windows. I need to know if i can or should fix the dso
with spybot. I don't know what to do.

It's a false positive and is referred to on SB website. If you have version
1.3 here's a fix: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4392.html
