If you have SP2, first check to see if the Windows firewall is on with
exceptions,
click start>click control panel>click Security Center>click Windows
Firewall> look to see which box is checked , if on with no exceptions is
checked then check> on allow exceptions> to turn off Windows firewall check
the bottom box. If you turn off
Windows firewall get a software firewall and use that. You do not want to
use a high speed connection without a firewall. If this dosen't help you
connect you might need to configure your homepage in Internet Explorer. SBC
