Hi All,

I am using Windows 2003 RIS to deploy Windows XP in my networ. We have
different models of desktops and laptops in our network. SO. I created a
folder call "C:\drivers" and copied all my necessary drivers into that folder
and pointed the Default device driver Path in registry to c:\drivers...
Things are even working fine now. but the problem is the size of the drivers.
the driver file are too big from the manufacturere and now we want to reduce
the size of the c:\drivers directory. Now I will have to delete all those
unwanted files from this directory. so, can you please help me in knowing
what are the extension of files that windows will be looking for when it is
searching for drivers. for example Setup.exe files are too big in size. is
ist needed in this method of drivers deployment? can i delet those setup.exe
files?? Please Advice
