Driver Recognition after Sysprep

We've managed to configure Sysprep no problem on a Dell
Optiplex GX60, but following the same procedures on a Dell
Lattitude D600 for some reason, the network card drivers
are not recognised during setup. This means we cannot
join the domain mid installation. Ha sanyone experienced
this before or does anyone have any suggestions?
