I am trying to download pictures from my digital
binoculars but when I plug them into the usb and the
hardware wizard goes through it's steps I am informed that
it is unable to locate the device driver for the
camera....in Device manager I have error code 28 but it
can't update the drivers either. I have drivers
downloaded and it seems like the computer just doesn't
know they're there or something...I have no idea what to
do and I really want to see my pics!

Usually with a digital camara there are specific instructions, with the
camara, re: how to install.
They often say that drivers/software should be installed *prior* to
connecting camara.
Follow instructions explicitly!
