driver problem

igot a message on start up saying no vga adaptor driver
loaded. so loaded a driver off the disc supplied with the
motherboard -Iwas stupid and loaded the wrong one-now i
cant get windows xp to roll back the driver as the image
on the screen is all wrong i.e i can't read any of the
image or windows screens due to it being the wrong
driver/resolution Help me please!
