I have recently been getting a message that says "The
device driver for the Communications Port (Com1) device
is preventing the machine from entering standby. Please
close all applications and try again. If the problem
persists, you may need to update this driver". I have
tried closing any apps that might be causing this
problem, but continue to get the message. I'd like to
try updating the driver - not sure of where to go to find
that particular driver to download an update. Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks.
