driver for old digital video camera

Hallo

I have a laptop whith windows xp, and i connect through
the firewire interface my digital video camera.the system
recognise the new device (panasonic NVDX..) but it doesn't
work properly, because the camera is old (07/2001) and i
need new drivers.where i can find it??
