Driver Issues for MP3 Player

I have a Creative Zen MP3 and Video Player. Recently my computer has stopped
reading the player correctly. I've been getting an error for the player when
I try to install it in the Device Manager saying, "A Service Section in the
INF is invalid".

I have tried uninstalling the Zen software from my computer and reinstalling
it. Deleating the driver for Portable Devices and reinstalled it, but nothing
is working for me here.

I also noticed an Icon in Device Manager called "Other Devices" with the sub
devices called "Mass Storage Controller." This Mass Storage Controller has a
hazard '!' next to it. Trying to repair or reinstall that drive did not work
either.

Any ideas and suggestions would be great!
