driver generic text printer bold on and underline on

1. Install printer generic text only, port: FILE.
2. config escape sequences "bold on" and "underline on"
3. Call Wordpad, write "Hello", select all
3.1 Device font 10cpi
3.2 bold
3.3 underline
4. Print the text.
the file only have the escape sequence for bold on.
Where is the sequence underline on?
