Hi there,

I am running vista basic ney sp1, and everytime i bootup event viewer logs
that a certain driver failed to load.
I know that the driver is related to the pre-installed bluetooth software in
some way(which serves no purpose at the moment until i get a dongle).
I have done an exhaustive search of hard drive/registry and cannot locate
any reference to it.
Therefore i would like to know how i can stop windows from reporting on it
as it doesn't appear to exist anymore?

Many thanks

Start Orb - Services.msc

Set to DISABLE whatever service the driver runs... Bluetooth?

So leave it alone, especially if you do intend to use Bluetooth sometime in
the future. Disabling, uninstalling or otherwise messing with it could
cause future problems if you did install a Bluetooth device.
