I went in Device Manager and under Ethernet Controller it
says the drivers for this device are not installed. I
tried reinstalling but says hardware can not be found.
What do I need to do?????

Try putting the NIC in a different slot. If Windows still can't find it,
replace the NIC. A new one is $10-15usd.
