Hye..i have problem when log in into this workgroup SYSTEM DSN..
I cannot enter the workgroup i created..when everytime i tried to log
in..this msg will pop-up..

[microsoft]ODBC driver for oracle][oracle]ORA-06413:connection not
open
SQLSTATE:NA000
Native error code:6413
[microsoft][odbc driver manager]the driver doesn't support the version
of odbc behaviour that the application requested (seeSQLEnvAttr)
SQLSTATE:01000
Native error code:0

can this be solve?
