driver disabled code 32

The keyboard and touchpad of my Laptop don't work after I
installed a USB keyboard/mouse. When I check for the
drivers of the built in devices in the device manager I get
the message: A driver for this device was not required, and
has been disabled. (Code 32). The USB keyboard/mouse work
fine. Any solutions?
