Driver Database Corrupted - Trying to use an external Hard Drive

's Computer Specifications

I connect the external Hard drive, the computer recognizes the connection, it
recognizes it is a USB Mass Storage Device, but then won't install/run the
appropriate drivers.

I at one point got it to recognize my Hard Drive, but when I disconnected my
Hard Drive and attempted to connect it another time, it went back to not
recognizing it.
