Whenever I install both the Epox 8RDA (nforce2)
motherboard driver and the ATI Radeon 9500 Catalyst
drivers, XP displays a "Windows - Delayed write failed
Windows was unable to save all the data for the file
(c:\xxx) The data has been lost. This error may be caused
by a failure of your computer hardware or network
connection. Save elsewhere." I have tried earlier
versions of the drivers with the same results. Either one
works fine alone and I have all critical patches
installed, plust DirectX9. Anyone have any ideas?

System:
Windows XP Pro
Athalon 2000+
512 MB DDR333 Ram
Epox 8RDA MB
WD 10 Gig HD
Soundblaster Live
Generic Network card
Iomega 650 CD-rw
Acer 40x

Thanks
