I have a Epox 9NDA3 motherboard which has a Cicada CIS8201 Onboard Gigabit
LAN, I can`t get it to install or detect through windows xp I have the
driver cd that came with the motherboard but the Cicada don`t seem to be
on it, also windows is not detecting it as an unknowen device so I can`t
install it anyway.

Any idea`s

I'd send a quick email to the Epox folks and ask them, I had a quick Google
and didn't find anything obvious.

Check the BIOS and make sure it is enabled
