I have recently installed XP pro after using 98 for many years. I had a lot
of problems with XP at first and ended up having to reinstall several times
(reformatting drives each time). I did try to use the repair facility on the
CD, but each time that I used it, I lost my internet connection and then was
unable to make a new connection except for broadband (still using Dial up
here). That was the first problem.......
Now I find that I am having problems with both my floppy drive and LS120
drive not recognising discs... usually with the message disc not formatted
etc. I have checked all connections on both and also ensured the LS120 is
set as a slave as it is on same cable as hard drive.
