I have a Sony CD-RW/DVD combo drive--CRX 810E. I am using
WinDVD Version 6. I am unable to play any DVDs. The
drive will play music CDs, burn CDs, open data CDs, and
everything else. But it will not open/play any DVDs.
When I try to access the drive with a DVD inserted, the
computer doesn't know that a disk is inserted. I have
this problem with all DVDs, and only DVDs. I have
download several patches, fixes, updated service packs,
and still unable to open DVDs. I would appreciate any
suggestions.
