When I try to access a:/ drive, I get the message "a:
drive not accessible - Incorrect function". It has worked
fine in the past. Just noted today. Troubleshooting the
drive, I get the message "this device is working
properly". Any suggestions?

We've seen this issue with Anti-virus and CD-RW software. Disable or
uninstall the software to see if the issue continues to occur.
