Drive Mappings Remain After User Logs Off and Another Logs On

Drive mappings that aren't overwritten with a logon script remain for the
next user who logons in. The permissions on those mappings are for the newly
logged on user, however. Any ideas on why this is happening and how to get
this to quit?
