A windows 2000 server don“t support client redirect.

Yoy may use a third-party tool for this, like tsdropcopy
http://www.analogx.com/contents/down...ystem/tsdc.htm.

I have went through mircosoft site and come across drmapsrv.exe and
drmapsrv.reg , which says of mapping client drives . I tried to install
hotfix of drmapsrv.exe but it gives some error and didnt work .

I wouldn't recommend the resource kit utils as they only support the legacy
5.0.2195 Terminal Services Client, not the Remote Desktop Client which most
people have. TSDropCopy is a better solution for Windows 2000 TS.

cannot see Servers local dirives and they save the report directly on there

If you are using Citrix then you definitely do NOT need these, as ICA has
these features built-in (assuming users are using an ICA Client).
