Drive mapping for an unmapped partition

I had to reload XP Home unexpectedly, and I have "lost" one partition on my
second hard drive. Here is my setup... There is one hard drive with only one
partition, and a second hard drive, with 3 partitions: an NTFS, FAT32, and a
FAT partition. Since reloading, I see the first hard drive (C, and the
NTFS (E and FAT (D partition on the second hard drive. The FAT32 does
not show in My Computer.

However, when I go to Computer Management, I see the "missing" partition,
and it's showing as healthy and active. I right click on it to assign a
drive letter, and all options, except delete partition and Help, are grayed
out. Is there a way I can recover this partition and make it a recognizable
drive? I certainly hope so. It has data on it not backed up anywhere else.

I would appreciate any help on this matter.
