Drive Mapping Problem.

Hello,

In my company's Active Directory, we have it where all users have a "z"
drive mapped to a network resource. We also have it where there is a
logon script that will map other drives. We are not having any problems
with the logon script mapping the drives, but we are having a lot of
trouble with the "z" drive not getting mapped correctly. It is supposed
to be mapped to a directory such as this .... //server/department/user,
but instead is getting mapped to //server/department . We were
wondering if anyone else is having this problem, or if anyone knows of
any possible fixes.

Thanks in Advance!!

Did you do this on the Profile tab of the user properties in ADU&C?
Did you let it create the share and set security by using
\\server\department\%username% in the Home folder field provided?
What are the permissions on the department folder?

How to Set Up Home Folders for User Accounts:
