Using WindowsXP Pro

I have an USB external harddrive. The majoroty of the times I plug it in my
computer assigns it to F drive. Sometimes depending on what else is plugged
in it may be assigned a different drive letter. Is there a way to ensure
that it is always assigned the drive letter F irrespective of whatever other
perpherials are plugged in? Can it be assigned a UNC that will always be the
same? If so, how?

Thanks!

Steve
