I replaced my hard drive because of a problem. I booted
off the XP Prof CD and created a partition and formatted
then installed. Now my drive letter is K:. Is there a way
to change it back to C:? I tried using Disk Management
but that does not allow me to change it.

Hello
You can not change the drive letter of the main drive only the aux. drives.
You have to choose the drive to install on at the time of installation.

Hope This Helps
