Drive Image 7.0 and disabling FP

I am using Symantec (formerly PowerQuest) Drive Image 7.0
to copy harddrives for 20 replacement computers. The
first one I did worked fine, the second gave me a little
trouble. Now everytime I try to copy the hard drives to an
un formatted/partioned drive, i get a stop error E0BB001B:
Cannot lock volume because it contains an Operation System
or has an Active Paging File". According to Symantec's
website, it is because MS FP is running and I need to
close it or remove it from the startup menu.
When I look at my processes, I do not see it running.
Furthermore, when I look in my programs menu, I do not see
it. When I go into my c:/program files/MS frontpage and
try to delete it, it tell me that Access is Denied,
filesource is in use.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Go to Sysinternals: www.sysinternals.com
and download / install the appropriate version
of Process Explorer. It will show you *all*
running processes and allow you to end them
individually.

First, the FP that you see on your machine was installed by either the OS or
Office, as you do not have FP unless you have installed it.

Never used Drive Image, however the process should be to boot the PC from a
Drive Image boot disk, so that the OS is not running, then do the copy. At
least this is how the application I use does it.
