First, the FP that you see on your machine was installed by either the OS or
Office, as you do not have FP unless you have installed it.
Never used Drive Image, however the process should be to boot the PC from a
Drive Image boot disk, so that the OS is not running, then do the copy. At
least this is how the application I use does it.
